Cancellations and Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. For orders already received, parts must be received back by Loma Systems within 21 days from date they are received by you. You are responsible for paying for the shipping (and any insurance) for the safe return of the items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not ship it using a traceable shipping method.
If 21 days have gone by since receiving your original purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it (complete with certificate), and preferably in the original packaging.
We do not accept return items such as gift cards or downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a copy of the returns form and/or original invoice to accompany the goods.
We will accept partial refunds, subject to the above policy, but will not refund any of the original shipping charges for partial refunds.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and informing us that you are intending which items to return. We will then electronically send you a returns form for your order to print and include with the goods.

Online Store Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. We will only be able to refund the original credit card used to pay for the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card before contacting us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are subject to our returns policy above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be in touch shortly. If you need to exchange an item for a different size test puck, we may be able to accept the exchange depending on circumstances and further shipping costs may apply.
